Pricing Information
Boarding:
- $1650/month includes:
- Grain 2x daily
- Hay 2x daily
- Stall cleaned 2x daily
- Daily turnout (weather permitting)
- Blanketing in Winter
- Scheduling and handling of farrier/vet
- 2 weekly lessons ($60 for additional lesson per week)
- 1 weekly training ride

Training:
- $2200/month includes:
- Full care board (see above)
- 2 weekly lessons
- 4 training rides per week
- Schooling rides at shows

Leases:
- Half-Lease is $750 or $950/month, plus half the cost of shoes, and includes:
- Either one or two lessons per week in addition to hacking privileges, as well as allows leaser to take the horse off-property to shows
- Full-lease is $1650/month and includes:
- 2 lessons/week in addition to hacking privileges, exclusive rights to the leased horse as well as allows leaser to take the horse off-property to shows
- Leaser is responsible for farrier, routine vet care and wormer
IEA:
- IEA group lesson - $65
- IEA trainer fees - $175/day
- Costs to be split by team at shows: trainer travel expenses, any horse show related expenses
Show Fees:
- Local Show - $550/weekend (Friday through Sunday)
- Rated shows - $750/week
- Show rides:
- $75 per ride or $150 per division. 10% of grand prix and derby winning rides
- In-state hauling is $1.50/mile
- Out of state hauling is $1.20/mile
- Local hauling: $100
- Split fees (tack/feed/grooming stalls, shavings, trainer expenses)
*it is required that all clients attend a minimum of 3 shows a year.
Additional Fees:
- Summer board (fly spray and fan use) - $50/month May through September
- Body clip - $150-200
- Show prep (bathing, mane pulling, ear trimming, leg trim, tail trim (if needed)) - $100
- Worming (required every 90 days) - $15-30
- Medical fee (bandaging, wrapping, basic wound care as needed) - $25/day
- Commissions (sales, purchases and leases) - 10-15%
